Social Media & Content Creation Intern

LifePass is one card that unlocks over 40 pools, saunas, yoga studios and gyms across Iceland — one subscription, endless wellbeing. We're a young Icelandic company, founded in 2025, building one of the most exciting brands in Icelandic wellness. You'll have the freedom to shape the voice of LifePass from the ground up, run influencer campaigns, and create content that makes people stop and look. The role starts as an internship with a real possibility of a permanent position after a three-month trial period.
What you'll do
- Create and publish content on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook — video, photo and copy.
- Plan the content calendar and keep a steady flow of content going.
- Manage community interaction and build our audience.
- Run influencer collaborations, from first idea to published post.
- Track metrics — reach, engagement and growth — and learn from what works.
- Work with the marketing team on campaigns, shoots and new ideas.
Requirements
- Fluent Icelandic and English.
- A genuine passion for social media and a good instinct for what works.
- Able to shoot and edit content for Reels and TikTok using CapCut, Canva or similar tools.
- Independence, initiative and an eye for good content.
Nice to have
- Studies or experience in marketing, media, design or a related field.
- Experience managing social media accounts.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design, photography or video editing.
